It is no Call of Duty... Two major flaws.,

The game is entertaining, but if you are expecting Call of Duty - Modern Warfare type quality you will be disappointed. The enemy is not nearly as realistic and they have old west shoot out type of movements. They kind of just slide into view instead of actual body mechanics. The game has had some challenging parts and it is interesting that you are in command of a team and sometimes need to tell the team to hold position while you clean up the mess rambo style or else they get themselves killed and your mission is ended. Other times your team can really save your rear, so it is definitely not likely you could complete a mission without them.
I rated the game as a 4 for "fun", but overall a 2 due to two major flaws. 1) The setup options do not allow you to change the button assignments if you are using the wii remote and chuck in a rifle type setup. I tried using the perfect shot pistol arrangement, but not nearly as usable as the rifle setup (I have a cabellas orange rifle). The trigger is not intuitive, but you get use to it. It really should have the ability to change the button assignments. 2) There is a major problem with the activation of reloads due to even the slightest movement of the wii remote during conflicts. The dumb thing will start a magazine reload just because I swing the rifle over to pick off the next enemy. I have tried both extremes of the "wii remote sensitivity" setting with no luck in fixing this bug. It is even worse if using the perfect shot pistol, because you go to press a button on top of the wii remote and it detects that the chuck has been moved and triggers a reload. Very annoying and almost enough to tell people to skip the game all together... I hope they can create some kind of software patch for this problem, but not too confident they will. Overall I do not think this game was ready for release to the market... who in the world tested this and did not find these obvious flaws.

This game is a weak rehash of First To Fight, poorly adapted to the Wii. The controls are not good, the gameplay is unexciting, and overall not a fun game. With how long it took to come out, I definately expected a lot more.

I've never been a huge fan of CoD and I loved this game. All those people who gave this game horrible reviews was just expecting another CoD game. Great game, loved it.

The four man team action is great! Changing weapons and giving commands to your fellow teammates is the downfall of this game. The graphics are not as good as COD but for the price, its worth it under 20 dollars. I don't recommend this game for serious gamers....its not that kind of party! It really is a seat filler for the real celebrity games.

L.D.W. Summary for Wii:
You'd think that since it took almost 6 years to come out, it would be a little better. First off, you can only zoom with your standard M16-A4, you can't with the AK-74s, or anything else. Second, the graphics SUCK. The enemies look decent from afar, but up-close they look like cardboard cut-outs. Third, there's just a bunch of stupid problems. Like you could be walking, in the middle of an open field, and an enemy will just pop-up right where you were just standing. That kinda gets me mad. Another problem/glitch is that if you're at close quarters, and you come around to the left/right side of the enemies, you can stand right next to them and they still don't fire at you. Forth, re-loading and changing weapons needs some major work. I was at the end of re-loading, and an enemy popped out of a building, and I swung the wii remote around to pop em, but it hadn't reloaded. Changing weapons just takes too long. Overall: It's not a game for serious gamers, but hey, its under $20.

My husband and son did not like this game. It took forever for it to be released and it was very disappointing.
