This is a great dish for making a big beautiful quiche. I recently had a catering job where I used four of these dishes. They look good, clean up very easily, and I'll use them for lots deep dish pies.

I love this dish, I use it to make arranged salads (as opposed to tossed salads), and they look so beautiful in this glass scalloped dish - I make a Greek Salad, or I arrange lettuce and put a can of tuna in the middle. It really is perfect for me.
