5.0 out of 5 stars Homemade Ravioli Maker
Great for making home made ravioli. Heavy duty plastic, not flimsy, easy to use and keep clean.

3.0 out of 5 stars Ravioli Stamp
I bought these not realizing how small they are. But if I had read the size... anyway, I cook a lot and prefer the metal stamps. But for what it is, this is a well made plastic ravioli stamp and would work well if you like small, plastic products. I have no idea how it holds up as it has ended up in the back of a kitchen drawer.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great product!, February 24, 2009
This review is from: Mario Batali Ravioli Stamp-Square (Kitchen)
Item arrived on time, no damages. I was making ravioli caprese and it cut the ravioli out perfectly...although sometimes they would get stuck in the stamp, you can easily get them out by gently pressing them with your finger as another reviewer stated. Some of my ravioli came apart - however this is probably my fault for putting in too much stuffing!

All in all, this is a well-made, durable product that is easy to clean and simple to use. And it is balanced (reviews for other stamps stated the product rocked because it wasn't level, which led me to try the product on this page - this ravioli stamp IS level!)

5.0 out of 5 stars Item worked as expected, February 16, 2009

I bought it to make Valentine's dinner and it worked like it was supposed to. It is easy to use and easy to clean. Every now and then a ravioli would get stuck, but you can just push it out with your finger,

I bought this on Amazon and use it all the time. It's really easy and simple to clean. I actually prefer the free handed wheel. But if I'm looking to make really uniformed pieces, this works great.

This looked great online, but when it came, I saw how tiny the ravioli were that it produces. And on top of that, it doesn't cut through as well as it should.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent ravioli stamp!, September 29, 2009

This product works very well - by the second batch I learned from reading other reviews that a generous amount of flour on the board would significantly increase the speed and ease with which the ravioli release from the stamp. So true!! Excellent buy.

Quick and convenient. Makes perfect not-so-bite-sized portions (which are great for kids)!

Haven't had the opportunity to use it yet. To be honest, I just bought it because it was the price I needed to get free shipping.

Smaller than it appears on line but looks like it will do a good job, especially if you use wonton wrappers for your ravioli
