This pan heats quickly and adds a lot of color to the kitchen when out and used. It is heavy and similar in quality to Le Creuset. I have had no chipping and only minimal staining on the inside, which comes with use. The handle on top is large enough to easily remove it, even with a bulky oven mitt on.
