5.0 out of 5 stars Beautiful Pot!, June 17, 2009
By
This review is from: Mario Batali 7-1/2-Quart Soup Pot, Chianti (Kitchen)
I purchased this pot a few months ago, and have used it to cook chili, beans, dumplings, pasta, as well as other things. The pot is very easy to clean in the sink after normal use - but the beans did leave a residue in the bottom that I had to use some elbow grease to get off. Even though the inside is an off-white color, the chili did not stain it a bit. What I love best about the pot is its appearance. I just leave it on the cooktop all the time for decoration - it is that pretty! The size may not be appropriate for some people, as it is very large and heavy, but it has worked out well for me. I highly recommend this pot.
