This set of four espresso cups is so cute and I have received numerous compliments on them. They are easy to clean (hand wash) and don't take up much storage space. The only complaint I have is that during shipping one of the cup handles was broken off...but I super-glued it back on and voila. They are probably a bit overpriced, as I found other similar sets this weekend at TJMaxx for only 6 dollars. I think these are cuter though.

If you like receiving broken ceramic pieces in the mail make sure you get this product. I had two shipments with broken cups. The packaging was equivalent to putting card board between your dishes and dropping them on the floor and expecting them not to break. On the bright side the cups that didn't break look and work fine.

The colors attracted me as I feel they have a masculine and femanine flair. The style of these cups and saucers are perfect for me and my husband because we are not fancy people. He has a set that he is afraid to use because they are very old and delicate as they belonged to a grandmother. I gave the Mario Batali set to him for Christmas this year. He is very pleased with them.

they are nice cups but i suggest ordering two and returning one (it's the only way you'll end up with a complete set of non-broken mugs).

I had to return them once because they were all broke when I got them. Then in the new set they sent me 2 of them ended up breaking after using once.

When I first ordered the cups, one of them was cracked. I contacted the seller, and immediately a new set was sent. I am happy with my new set of cups. They match everything, and I always get compliments.

I like how the shape of these cups are very simple and straightforward - the "flair" comes from the colors, which are bright and fun.

Mine were all whole when I received them in the mail - no breakage during shipping, luckily. I did break one while washing dishes, though. :o( I guess I'll have to get a replacement - I like these so much that I really hate the thought of not having a complete set.

The espresso cups and saucers are lovely. This is why I rated it 5 stars. The shipping, however, is horrible. When I received the package, one of the cups had a chip on it; another cup was completely shattered. They were not wrapped in any cushioning. When I e-mailed Kitchen Kapers, they sent me out a new set immediately, each cup wrapped carefully.

These cups, unfortunately arrived broken; so I had to return them...but they are so pretty.......I might try purchasing again when I get my new espresso maker.

When the first package of espresso cups came it was missing a cup. I tried to handle the complaint by e-mail, and wasn't satisfied with the options given this was a gift. I then hunted down a telephone number so I could talk to a real person who handled this brilliantly. He over-nighted me another set and sent me instructions for returning the first set. So, I was happy with Amazon. The supplier of the cups, though, needs to get their act together on packaging these.
