mario bros for the atari 2600 is awesome. you play as mario the carpenter (yes he was a carpenter before a plumber) you jump under the floor where a creature stands, when you do that, it knocks em out for a short while, jump up and run up to the creature to kick them, this is pretty much the whole game, but ******* is it fun! some creatures move faster when you hit them, some creatures jump, and some run fast as hell. overall this game is fun, and well worth pickng up.

Mario Bros is an awesome arcade game. It stars Mario and Luigi and shows that they are really plumbers.

The Atari 2600 version plays just as great, but the graphics and sounds are obviously....Atari-ed.

As Mario, you just hit enemies from underneath, and then kick 'em off! Oh, and grab the coins, too.

Things are especially fun in 2-player mode, in which the other player plays as Luigi.

Overall, this game can't be missed by any Mario fan.

I have many systems. A DS,two game boy advances,sp,two atri 2600 which both work,psp,NES,SNES,wii,ps2,and i will get a xbox 360. All of my systems work and i have all of the hit games for them. The NES and ataris were my dads and my uncles. This game was really fun when i was little, but as soon as my older brother dragged out the NES i hardly played the atri anymore. But here recently i have played both of the old systems and the fun has come back. This game,pole position,pitfall,indy500,slot racers,astroids,combat,donkey kong 1,junior,yars revenge,ECT.... are my favorites. But this is my top 5 favorites. It is more fun on 2 player but it still gets kind of boring and hard. I love all nintido games like crazy that i never stop talking about them. But im not a huge nerd.
