Product Description
Mario Camacho Green Pitted Olives Seasoned with Garlic Seasoned comes in a 1.75 ounce pack. Packed loose without the juice, these 100-calorie, easy-to-open pouches are the perfect on-the-go snack without the mess. Our premium Manzanilla olives are pitted and mildly flavored with thyme seasoning and garlic. No brine means less mess, so you can pour them on a salad, use them as an ingredient, or eat them straight out of the pouch. However you choose to eat them, we are sure you’ll love the taste. All of our products are inspected at our dock doors by receiving personnel, as well as our QA department, before storage or use. Each delivery is inspected and weighed. Drums of raw material come in sealed containers and are tested for contaminants. On the production line, we follow a HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) procedure establishing several critical control points for inspection. All products are date coded and lot coded to localize any potential problem.

Perfect blend of spices with just a bit of oil to keep them firm yet dry. Perfect for salads, salsa, even a Martini. Too bad they never made it to a dish, so good just eat em right out of the pouch :)
A side note, these olives would be great served on airplanes, they keep and they have a good design. They would also be great to take along hiking.

These things are delicious. The packaging in single-serve size is great. Especially since if it were one big package, I'd be tempted to eat all the olives in one sitting. They're a great way to eat olives on the go without all the mess. I took a pack along in my lunch the other day. The olives are pitted, super flavorful, just the right crunch/firmness. I could eat them all day. I'll definitely have to order again.

I first encountered this product in an airline snack box and fell in love with it. Flavor is great and it makes a wonderfully portable snack. These may not be as firm as olives packaged in jars but because of the portability and the wonderful flavor I don't miss having a really firm olive. I enjoy these enough that I have subscribed to them.
