The object of Puzzle League is to form a chain of three or more same-colored blocks. As you play, the blocks will rise from the bottom of the screen, forcing you to make decisions in the blink of an eye! When you match up shapes, the blocks on top will fall onto other matching blocks, creating a very satisfying combo effect. This game also has unusual depth in terms of options and settings, (such as adjusting the speed of the cursor or the kinds of blocks on the screen), which lets players create a custom game experience.

I always seem to find that one of the most addictive kinds of games of all time has to be puzzle games. Since those late 80's beginnings with Tetris, so many people have been going on the puzzle bandwagon. While there have been some well-recognized iones like Columns, Yoshi's Cookie, the target practice puzzler Bust A Move, and the recently released puzzle masterpiece Meteos, the classics like Dr. Mario have absolutely maintained a constant into how a good puzzle game lasts. Dr. Mario was released previously for the Game Boy Advamce last year as part of the limited edition classic NES series, and now it has a makeovered partner to share it with.
Dr. Mario and Puzzle League 2-pack for the Game Boy Advance is a pair of addictive games onto one cartridge. Dr. Mario is a unique puzzler that test your mind and connections against viruses that infect yur bottle. The object is to connect 4 of a kind of the same color, inorder to extract the viruses fair and square. This still remains as addictive as it was made years ago. The other game is also very unique, Puzzle League, is agame similar to Dr. Mario. This game however, places all the blocks into one place to where you'd have to connect across or vertically inorder to score big points. The game is also as addictive as it originated a few years ago. The control for the games are very simple and easy to responsd to. The graphics and the sound for both of these games also are simple and maintain their value into the original gameplay, especially Dr. Mario. All in all, while people would rather maintain other puzzle game these days, you still can't deny the classics. Dr. Mario and Puzzle League for the Game Boy Advance is a great 2-pack, and still delivers after all that time they originated. This is a great buy for Game Boy Advance owners, definitely, and that is not a puzzling answer. Graphics: B+ Sound: B 1/2+ Control: A 1/2- Fun & Enjoyment: B+ Overall: B+

For Tetris Attack, Panel De Pon, and Puzzle League lovers!,

I thought I was going to have to fork over some cash to pick up an old school Super NES and Tetris Attack but they finally made this game available for Gameboy Advance. I could care less about Dr. Mario. I used to own Dr. Mario for the original Gameboy but it was never a game that impressed me that much. But Puzzle League (aka Tetris Attack or Panel de Pon) is a classic puzzle game that is probably the absolute most addicting puzzle game I have ever played. It seems that this game has a very small yet obsessive following. The people that do know about this game all swear its the best game ever invented.
They did release a version for Gameboy Color called Pokemon Puzzle Challenge and an N64 version called Pokemon Puzzle League. There are a few modes you can play: 1 Player Solo - Marathon, Timed, Line, Garbage, Puzzle 1 Player vs. CPU - Vs. Garbage, Vs. Timed, Vs. Line 2 Player - requires a multi-link cable but you can play with a single cartridge. Pros: - Multi-player w/ one cartridge - Sleep mode - You can put the game in sleep mode to pause it which will turn off the gameboy, and when you turn it back on the game will resume. - SRAM - Stats can be saved Cons: - No characters (Cute original Tetris Attack characters or Pokemon) - Price - They should have just put Puzzle League on a cartridge of its own and lowered the price. All in all, this is a perfect translation of the classic puzzle game for the Gameboy Advance.

I am a puzzle game fanatic. From Tetris to PoyoPop to Kirbii No Kira Kira Kizzu (only released in japan). My three favorites are Meteos, Panal de PonPon (Puzzle League), and Dr.Mario. This game has the later two. This pack is a real deal. two of the gratest puzzle games of all time in one pack. they have no story though. some people arent into puzzle games. i love puzzle games because they give me a challenge. if you like challanges you will love this. Puzzle League contains many modes of play Including puzzle , garbage (a mode that you have to get rid of certain blocks before the pile up too high), and time attack. this game is defenitly woth a rent. then decide if you want to buy it.
