I was taking Gracie BJJ for some time, and I was just getting sat on and neck-cranked. Needless to say, I've quit the formal instruction, and I've been watching (faithfully) this video, as well as the Caesar Gracie Instructional Video. I've learned quite a bit in a short period of time. I kinda want to go back to the academy, and show those people a thing or two!
