Marion N. Seidel is a lifelong horse person who recently started writing about her passion: Throroughbred Race Horses.
She was born in Dusseldorf, Germany, where she became an apprentice jockey as teenager. Marion continued her education, besides her apprenticeship, and graduated with a U.S. comparable Business Management Associate Degree.
She moved to Florida in 1992, but left the race tracks after learning about the differences between the European and American way of the racing industry.
In 2011 Marion acquired her thoroughbred trainer's license for a private owner, but does not work active in horse racing anymore; although she still works with thoroughbreds.
