I bought this stopwatch along with the Emerson package of 8 sold by the same company, e-sportsonline, because I needed 9 stopwatches for a class I taught. This stopwatch seemed to work just fine; only drawback was no choice of color. I bought another set of stopwatches from another vendor and the quality was far inferior to these Emerson stopwatches.

I would rather have a stopwatch that you can turn off completely instead of one that keeps using the battery by keeping time. I use the stopwatch only seldom and the battery will probably be dead by the time I want to use it again.

Everything the description says is what it does. I don't use it as most people would.. I bought this to time 0-60 and 0-100 runs so I could determine my exact hp for my car. This stopwatch does just that and MORE.
The buttons are very precise, you only have to gently press the button. It comes with a strap, so that's convienent. Has time and calendar, also alarm/snooze option to keep you on track with time. Optional 12/24 hour display.
1/100th of a second precision and lap timers.

Would be ideal for those that go to fitness centers, since you can set an alarm to keep you on track.

Very nice stopwatch for the price, feels to be durable, no worries if you drop it. I got what I paid for, PLUS additional options that I may/may not use.

The reason for 4 stars is I wish it had a backlight so you could read it in the dark. Also, there is no off/on button. It does not turn off on its own. I suggest taking out the battery while you're not using it to maximize its life (If you can keep it safe without losing it). I don't know how long the battery will last. (Battery: LR44)
