5.0 out of 5 stars Love them!
These work great! Charge them up and they last the whole evening! Don't have to worry about burning down the house or buying tons of batteries.

5.0 out of 5 stars Work for 8+ hours...., February 22, 2010

I bought these because I was tired of replacing batteries in my existing candles. These work like a charm. They are really bright when fully charged and last well over the 8 hours it states in the write-up. Now I don't worry about making sure I turn them off because I can just recharge.

1.0 out of 5 stars Poor Light Color Quality, October 21, 2010
This review is from: Mark Feldstein & Associates JS614 Set of 6 Rechargeable White Tea Lights (Tools & Home Improvement)
The idea of a rechargeable led tea light is really great and these seemed like a good purchase right out of the package, they were much better (sturdy and well formed) compared to the offerings at the local hardware store. The color of the light however, for me was a deal breaker- they are an extremely unnatural orange/pink like old city street lights. The flickering and intensity were fine so maybe if you are color blind or if you put them in a glass that would adjust the color they would work. The color shown in the picture is really misleading - those "flames" look like a soft white yellow. I would even prefer if the color was blue or something fun but this orange is just a terrible color of light.

5.0 out of 5 stars rechargeable tealights, September 2, 2010

These are great rechargeable tealights. They last for well past 12 hours on a single charge. The coloring is a bit yellow, not white light, so if you have a candle holder that is, say red glass, it will look brown when you put in the tealight. But still a great product in the right candleholders. I use them in frosted holders and stained glass Tiffany Lamps and they provide a VERY realistic glow. I've had many compliments.

Since we got these a few weeks ago we've been using them pretty much every night. More convenient than real tealights. They seem to last the advertised 8 hours; the other day I left them on all night by accident & at the 12 hour mark there was still a dim flicker. As others have noted, they look too yellow & artificial when used by themselves, but in a frosted tealight holder they look great. If their batteries hold up I'll be very happy with them.

I love candles, but don't dare use them in my house because of my cats.
Finally, here's a product that I can use without fear. They're convenient and rechargeable, just remember to turn them off when you charge them. You
can charge one, or all - as many as you want. I use them often. I've bought
a candle light holder and plan to buy more. I have a Barrington Lantern on my porch, and am able to put a candle in it and leave it out without worrying about it. They are a cozy light, but not strong enough to read by. I wish someone would make bigger candle lights, too.

I am very pleased with the Tea Lights. The six of them snap onto a sturdy compact recharging unit. The lights flicker like candles when in use, just much safer. Exactly what I wanted and expected.

4.0 out of 5 stars Safe Alternative, December 29, 2010

I've used battery operated tea lights for years now and the the button cell batteries are expensive. I LOVE these because I just place them on the charger and no more batteries!!! When used in a decorative holder they look natural and great. The flickering adds a more realistic glow. If you forget to turn them off, no problem, just recharge them. (make sure to turn them off). I get 8-12 hours on a 8 hour charge. If you have children or pets, these are definitely a safe alternative to a open flame.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good rechargeable tealights, November 16, 2010

I can't say how long these lights will last as a whole, but I can say they charge well and quickly. The lights last about 10 hours, and give a nice, amber glow. The literature says they take 8 hours to recharge, but sometimes mine take far less. Still, since I tend to use them to give off a guiding light at night(to the bathroom and kitchen), so I just plug them back into the socket during the day to recharge.
