Ok. I wanna say that the Blood pressure measurement is easy, and i think the result is reliable. However, the Body Fat Monitor function like a joke. You need input several numbers and check out with the chart. And you also need keep your hands in a funny pose. I'd like to buy a product w/out this Fat monitor at a lower price.

I had no trouble figuring out how to use the blood pressure device. It appeared to be accurate.
The bodyfat measurement, on the other hand, was not easy to use-- you have to hit "start" while your hands are in a bizarre position. Then I got a different percentage using the device 10 times in 5 minutes. (from 19-24% as a female)
Also, there is no way to input your activity level, which affects your bodyfat readings.

I have a hard time with it fiting my wrist. I have an 8" wrist.
I particularly have trouble when I measure the body fat etc.
This product is for an average person not an overweight person.
I am able to take my BP, but it is not easy.

FOr any one who wants to check their Blood Pressure at home with reasonable accuracy , this is the one to go for. I was skeptic when i bought it, but once i started using it , it was accurate. At 35$ , it is a good buy.

Checked the blood pressure reading from Doctor's office against the MF-90 and it's was very close. Pretty good for the price. I would also have liked to buy it w/o the Body Fat function. Overall, very useful and handy.

I recently had a high blood pressure reading at a medical appointment; it gave me a bit of a scare. So, I ordered this hoping to better undrestand the blood-pressure impact of different factors in every day life. I chose the model with the extra body fat measurement functions to keep that in check too.
When it arrived, I was very pleasantly surprised! It comes with a great hard-sided case, the readings are accurate (at least, as far as I can tell), and it's fast and easy. I love the wrist (vice arm) cuff! Not sure about battery life, but I'll be using rechargeable batteries from here on out, so it shouldn't matter.
**Bottom line** If you have had any problems with blood pressure at all, you're probably aware that these issues do not just go away if ignored. Seriously, consider buying this inexpensive, easy to use wrist monitor. It's time to take care of your health!

I really liked it at first. It gave consistent readings that were clear and easy to understand. I wouldn't say I was rough with it at all but somehow it broke. The tab that holds the little door closed for the batteries broke off without any misuse.

I bought it and been using it from couple months. I can measure both body fat and Blood pressure. So far i did not see any disadvantages. I can say we can keep such product in every home.
