Not bad, but not as good as other Ford brother CD's., April 25, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Mark Ford & The Blue Line (Audio CD)
The licks are tasty, the changes are smooth, but it's not as hard driving or edgy as other work by the Ford brothers. Mark Ford is one of the best harp players around, but his songwriting skills leave something to be desired. I'ld listen to this more but his sophmoric self aborbed lyrics get old real fast.

The best Cd Mark has produced to date, September 16, 1998
By A Customer
This review is from: Mark Ford & The Blue Line (Audio CD)
This CD has the clean fresh feel of Mark Ford with the strength of Robben Ford and the Blue Line to back him up. The tracks have a lot of energy and variety. You'll find yourself reaching for this one again and again.

Marc Ford is better on his own .., December 17, 1998

I was a fan of Marc's from the Black Crowes days, but I have always found that I enjoy his solo material better , he had a voice that shouldn't be wasted . Pure and simple .. buy this record .
