5.0 out of 5 stars LOVE in front of your eyes June 12, 2012
By Ace
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
This is a beautiful little story of seeing love discovered before your very eyes!!! The writers tell their tale of meeting, connecting on a new plane for themselves and learning how love and life are meant to be lived. But we see so much more - we eavesdrop on a story they are too close to see: the story of sweet, smart, kind people falling in love beyond what they can describe. I cried with emotion as they explained what happened and what they learned - because I saw what was really going on. Reading this gem sneaks you in to see and feel two people fall in love before your very eyes. You will not see such a sight often. Grab it with all your might. You will be moved.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Captivating Account on Love February 29, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
Melissa and Scott have truly captured the majesty of their relationship through telling words and powerful imagery. They have shown - through meditative contemplation and an inspiring will to bond - that relationships are far from perfect, but the reward of true passion - true love - far outweighs mortal qualms.

The spectrum of love versus fear is a dangerous road to tread, for fear lingers always in the darkness and threatens the serenity of connection. Yet, with the mastery of communication and the dispelling of a troubled past, love will conquer true. Melissa and Scott reveal in their story the divine energy that connects them and how the resulting release of fear has rent the shackles from their doubting minds. In this way, their love has blossomed and the relationship they each deemed skeptical from the start has become something truly magical.

A story of renewal, a story of faith: "For the Love of All" is a remarkable tale of inner wisdom and the divine essence that binds us all.

Remember: "One plus one equals more than two..."

5.0 out of 5 stars Love story carries a enlightening and hopeful message January 16, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
This beautifully honest love story carries the power of transformation, enlightenment and hope to a universe starved for soul nourishing relationships, and it confirms the essence of true heart connection and unconditional love.

Melissa and Scott found bedrock for their relationship in the silence of their meditation practice. In following their inner guidance they have allowed themselves the vulnerability to see through their heart's eyes, to listen with compassionate silence, to speak from a deep wisdom, and to follow the pull of an ancient connection that has brought them together once again.

Their gift is the sharing of their journey, the ownership of their fears and insecurities, and
the voicing of their most deeply personal feelings as they came together. Their story renews faith in the power of love, and motivates one to sit in silence and listen to soul's wisdom. Their journey is a heartening reminder to let go of old wounds and fears, and to participate in relationships with a beginner's innocent curiosity, staying grounded in the present moment.

Melissa and Scott have courageously opened their hearts to the world, and in doing so give all of us a framework for satisfying the most basic human need to connect fully and honestly with another human being. Their words convey heart opening insights into the possibilities of pure love. Their message carries the power to transform relationships whether the new flames of romance or the smoldering ashes of an old love.

Authors Melissa Studdard and Scott Lutz collaborate on "Mark Miller's One for the Love of All," their story about how they met at a writing workshop and connected on an intellectual, emotional, and physical level. The two reveal how open communication about their fears and vulnerabilities strengthened their bond and their trust of each other.

The book is a series of quotes from Scott and Melissa answering what attracted them to each other. Scott's answer reveals he was attracted to Melissa's physical appearance such as the way she glided into a room, undressed to go for a swim, and sat down. Melissa's answer showed a more metaphysical attraction pointing out Scott's life work to help people and the depth of concentration he displays when he is listening to her and others.

The interview of style of their book incites readers to form their own conclusions about what makes a relationship function so both parties benefit from it. They show that a relationship is a two way street. Both parties need to be committed to each other or the bonds that hold them together will never be secured.

Melissa and Scott's relationship is idealist and at times seem surreal. Though the couple does not reveal specific fears which they needed to overcome on their journey to being together, their story does present a guideline for couples to follow on their track to forming a strong and loving relationship.
