Format:Paperback
The information in this book was pretty good, but for the price I paid, I was expecting a huge tome on wheels. At 75 pages, what I got was more like a pamphlet. I guess they justify the obscene price because it is branded by the Appraisal Institute. I bought this book because I was interested in making the switch from owning and managing apartment buildings to owning and managing self storage. Maybe. For someone with experience evaluating apartment buildings or other commerical real estate, this "Pamphlet" will be interseting and helpful. Just don't pay more than $10 for it.
