This review is from: Market-Augmenting Government: The Institutional Foundations for Prosperity (Economics, Cognition, and Society) (Hardcover)
This book represents a good effort to carry on Olson's legacy, yet except the fist chapter and the comment on the South East Asia paper, the book generally lacks logical rigor. When it comes to reasoning growth, the best part always seems to be in the logical upstream (general ideas), not the logical downstream (detailed factors).
