Highly Technical; Good for Economics Majors or Grad Students, September 14, 2005
This review is from: The Market Structure of Sports (Paperback)
You must have an advanced understanding of higher-end economics to grasp Scully's work. I would recommend this book to any economics major seeking an objective analysis on the motivations of sports owners, players, and city planners and developers. The information provided by this book is not time sensitive, so a decade from now the analysis will still be relevant. I highly recommend this book as a classroom textbook for a senior level seminar course.
I would have prefered more graphs and less tables.

I didn't read this book yet. But I have keen interest in the book name although I have no idea of any content of this book. Would you please give me more information about detail content of the book? I rate this book with 5 stars only for the title.
