All the most profitable ways to integrate online and offline marketing in this exciting (and confusing) new world are covered. An excellent sourcebook for marketing executives, general managers and students.

This book is fantastic! I had the opportunity to have Jones as a professor and have read many of her books. She is an amazing teacher as well as author. Anyone would benefit from reading this book.
