Service from Amazon was great. The book is fine for a textbook. It does get a little heavy on the examples, but at least it's written in an interesting way.

Book came as described, taking a summer college course right now and its definitely getting the job done. satisfied customer, would recommend to others.

I was so excited I could actually buy this book for this price instead of renting as previously on other websites. The book shipped in time and it is like new, it even had the access code for the online quizzes and such. I am still studying this book for my class this semester. I would highly recommend it, pay the used price for it if it's available and look for the as new label. I saved a lot compared to my fellow students who bought it for three times this price for the same thing. I am very happy with this purchase.

Like so many textbooks these days, they try so hard to make it "fun" and engaging, that it takes away from the content. For example, the videos were so overdone with graphics and rock music, I had a hard time following them. And I swear I am not old! At least the book was cheap.

this book arrived on time but the problem is that the book had no CD room.

I recieved the product a couple of days after ordering the book. The book is in great condition and was less than half the original price it's being sold for. Great condition and pricing.

THIS BOOK WAS SUPPOSE TO BE THE STUDENT EDITION AND IT WAS NOT!!!!
I GOT THE INSTRUCTOR EDITION INSTEAD AND NO WHERE IN THE DESCRIPTION DID IT SAY IT WAS THE INSTRUCTOR EDITION!!!!

The book arrived within the alotted amount of days given, in brand new condition.

I bought this book for my college Business class and I got it in a reasonable time. It was in good condition and much cheaper than the school bookstore and other bookstores were asking for it.

This is a school text book, exactly like millions of other text books. Over priced, but required for class.
