I purchased this textbook because it was required for my class. However, I have found it to be useful in my current job (Executive Assistant, but not in a hospitality field.) The companion website offers slideshows to help you study. The information in the book is very well organized and the book also offers examples and exercises from well-known companies. I'd recommend it to someone who really wanted to understand marketing.

If you are not a native English and you have to study something about Tourism Management This book is tailored for you.. it's easy to read and to understand. It's full of examples that make you understand better the theoretic things!

But it takes a few days to reach.That is a long time.
Less than two days is better.
Our class begin quickly.

I had to go online to purcahse the Marketing for Hospitality & tourism (5th Edition) because the University Book store did not have any books for the course. I found this out just a week and half before the first class. I order one book online and found out that it was not available just 5 days before the class started. So I again went to Amazon to purchase another book. This one arrived 3 days before the class started. I received a Credit for the first book ordered before the acutal billing was made. I was very inpressed with the promptness of my buying experience. It was a First time buying on Amazon for me. I will proably be a future Amazon Buyer.
