First, every company s product makeup, competitive situation, resources, and internal strengths and weaknesses differ. So do its needs for particular metrics. As the C-Suite is demanding more from the marketing department, marketers need to be able to not only provide metrics and speak the language of the CFO...they need to understand how to measure the RIGHT parts of marketing. Too many in marketing either hide from the metrics or hide behind them. This book helps marketing really understand how to work with both sales and finance to advance the company's bottom line.
