The book is based on Scott's findings in the Mortgage Business well over 6 years ago and we all know that 6 years ago were a lot different in the Mortgage Business then they are Today. I have to give credit were its due most to all the Mortgage Coaching programs that I have seen in my lifetime haven't worked but Scott's did work for many people that I know in my everyday...

At the end of each chapter is a page supposedly taken from a trade magazine and worked into just about every margin is a picture of a girl in a bikini! This book should be called "Blatant Self-Promotion with some Bikini Girl Shots." No kidding! At the end of each chapter is a page supposedly taken from a trade magazine and worked into just about every margin is a picture of a girl in a bikini! What the hell are these pictures doing in a mortgage marketing book? to get me to look? To get me to pay attention? What a joke!

On top of that there is absolutely no useful information other than "yeah, I charge the maximum the law allows because no one asks me about fees." Wow, something to be proud of! There are tons of references to go to his website and employ his marketing system which he only alludes to. Hey, I thought I bought your book to learn about your marketing system?!

This book is a total rip-off! Scott Tucker may have figured out how to make money for himself but he certainly can't distill his success into a book! Why would anyone do business with him once he brags about the fees he charges? Again, just plain unprofessional.

This book is a SCAM. Scott Tucker "alias" - Im sure - just trys to sell you his direct mail list service - a total waste of money! Amazon.com should STOP selling this fake book. And there are tons just like this one. Waste of money. Follow his good reviews. Leads on a trail of madness. Congratulations - you found a way to rip people off.

The book is based on Scott's findings in the Mortgage Business well over 6 years ago and we all know that 6 years ago were a lot different in the Mortgage Business then they are Today. I have to give credit were its due most to all the Mortgage Coaching programs that I have seen in my lifetime haven't worked but Scott's did work for many people that I know in my everyday life. Scott tells us what we really need to hear if you work smart your make money plus your helping every homeowner that you speak with. I been in the Mortgage Business for over 10 years now and Scott was one of the first Mortgage coaches that I listened to and used his coaching program. I hope and pray that Scott works on marketing programs that work in todays times ... I wish anyone who reads this new book to use every part of it and if you can't make the effort then give the book to someone you will
