I'll admit I'm a business book junkie, and I've read a fair amount of other books by Bob Bly. But in my opinion, I believe this one is his best and I'm at a loss for words as to why it hasn't gotten more attention.

It's quite possibly the most actionable business book on marketing that I've ever come across. The forms and templates in the back are awesome.

You feel like you've actually got an actionable marketing plan by the time you're done, rather than just the usual rah-rah stories in most marketing books that get you all hyped up on the idea of DOING marketing, but give you no plan to put into action.

I bought the paperback version of this book and I love it. Robert Bly has been providing solid information about marketing, copywriting and consulting for many years. I have appreciated his work and admired him from afar for many years. I picked up Marketing Plan Handbook and was happy to find it woven with details for tapping into several markets and it includes some great templates to follow to outline perfect marketing plans that you can tweak to any business, profession or need. I highly recommend any book or product by Robert Bly. If you are not familiar with his expertise, I suggest you start here and work your way through his work...his information rings true today just as it did 30 years ago. Solid information! Thank you Robert Bly! I am fan for life!

Bob Bly had done it again.

He clearly spells out "How to" get your marketing plans done for a lot less money.

My favorite section is accessing your marketing tactics, especially the "choose the best 3 to 5 marketing tactics to begin with" because it make an important point every business owner need to know.

And even more important is the measurement section, because if you don't measure your marketing, how will you know what's working or what is not.

Bob's forms and worksheets are the best I've ever run across and I'm going to start recommending them to all my [...] members because they can really use them to organize their marketing plans.
