I really like the way that this text book is set up. It's the best. All books should be set up this way. It really helps with remembering key points. There are good review questions. The book doesn't just give you information but presents the information in a way that you're remember what you've read. It's a good study aide.

This book proved to be a good read! I had to purchase it for a marketing class and thought it might end up being a boring read; however, it kept me engaged throughout the whole semester. It has all of the necessary information about the marketing process and all of the important concepts that individuals need to know.

Purchasing through Amazon saved me a ton on this textbook, though it's really beat up. The front cover has been sliced almost completely off. Granted, it is used, and I knew that when I ordered. I'm still bummed about the condition of the textbook, though.

What I like best about this book is its explanation of successess and failures in real life examples of business marketing. For instance, I had no idea that Reeses Pieces were new at the time the ET film came out and ET was used to promote the product.

Still it reads like a textbook so it's very dry. LOTS of vocabulary. Bland.

For a textbook it's not bad, but I'm sure there are FAR more interesting books on marketing history out there.

Being able to rent this book and it being digital were instrumental to my use of this book. Renting saved me over one hundred dollars and still complete my coursework without any troubles. Also, by being digital and being able to access on multiple computers at home and office allowed me flexibility in studying without having to remeber to bring my book with me. The book itself was very knowledgable on marketing concepts and its examples were relevant to today's market. Very good read

I needed this book for my marketing class but overall it wasn't a bad book. It had wonderful examples and described the core concepts well. It made the tests a lot easier to pass when I read the book, so overall I would definitely recommend it!
