Following up from his smash 2011 showcase album "And God Said to Man" Earl Zero has teamed up with Bay Area producer Siahvash Dowlatshai to release the full length album "Marketplace"It features guest appearances by members of Roots Raddics, The Greyboy Allstars, The Devastators, The Bongolian, etc.
The album was tracked to 2"tape & features all live instruments such as the B3, Fender Rhodes, Clavinet etc. There are some crucial dubs on here utilizing echoplex tape delay's & funky 70's effects. This album is an interesting mash-up of Roots Reggae, Dub, Rock, Soul, & funk.
A prolific songwriter and soul survivor, Earl Zero is one of the few active remaining performers from the golden age of Reggae Music.
Theres a great album trailer video on the Label's website [...]

If you want some classic sounding music but with a high quality recording sound you HAVE to check this out. Every song on this album sounds like a hit, you can hear the soul in Earls voice. Music production is tight, this is a must have album in your collection.
