Made from 3 pcs of PVC glued together. Pencil holder is just a hole, no way to actually secure the pencil. So if you want to mark something the pencil just pushes right on up the hole until it can't mark anymore. Didn't bother to even measure for accuracy, right back in the box for return. Shipping was low, cost was way too high for quality. Price should be $1.99.
