Marking Time is an inspirational and romantic story of a middle-aged woman¿s dramatic, and often funny, struggle to pull herself out of mid-life crisis. When she decides to design and plant a garden in her overgrown yard, she launches herself on a journey of self discovery that rekindles her love life, reunites her family and ultimately lands her in a new and exciting career.
Susanna Sheehy grew up in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, GA. Her maiden name was Chelton. For the past seventeen years Susanna has lived in Sandy Springs, a suburb of Atlanta. She is married to Michael Sheehy and has two grown children, Emily and Christopher. She works part time as a veterinary technician in the nearby town of Marietta.
Susanna has written and published five novels. Her sixth novel, titled Grand Passion, will be finished sometime early in 2011.
The Second half trilogy consists of Marking Time, Second Half, and Crossed Lines. Local Talent was published in October of 2009 and her novella, Plastic Diamonds, will be finished early in April of 2010.
