customer service is terrible. They sent wrong item and I tried to get back first by email, which they kept putting the blame on me. Second I called customer service and was put on hold for at least 15 min. First told I was third in line with an 11 minute wait. Eight minutes later was told I was second in line with 2 minute wait, then a minutes later was told I was third in line and to please hold. One way to get rid of a complaint!
