Maggie Marmelstein For President,
By A Customer
This review is from: Maggie Marmelstein for President (Paperback)
This book is an excellent one to read if you are a child between the ages of 8-12. You will enjoy this book if you are some whta interested in politics and how you can prepare yourself if you want to run for your school student council. This book is also humorous because it explains to the readers what lengths Maggie will go to, to get back at Thad for not letting her be his campaign manager. So if this piece of literature seems right for you then go to your local library and look up Marjorie Weinman Sharmat's book, Maggie Marmelstien fo President.

The book was very good. I think that other people should read this book. It is kinda like a mystery because u dont know who will win till the end of the story. but there is alot of fighing because they dont get along very well. But itis a very good book I reccomend other people to read this book.Even though she didnt win the election it was still a good book.

Okay Book,
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Maggie for President, Reader Grade 6: Harcourt School Publishers Collections (Collections 00 Y006) (Paperback)
This book I thought was very well written. I loved how the entire story built up to the very end. It was also very funny to see how far Maggie would go to get Thad to allow her to be his campaign manager for the 6th grade president. The sentences and chapters at times seemed to be a bit lengthy at times. Also, the words would seem large for younger children, so I reccomend this book to ages at 10-12. I think you should go check this book out as soon as you can, its great!
