I have this jacket in several colors, as well as a few other well-known brand fleece jackets, and the Marmot Flair is my favorite. It's closely fitted but not tight, warm, extremely soft, and the colors are rich and beautiful. The collar looks good fully zipped or laying open, and if zipped, it's not too high (some other jacket collars hit my chin). Marmot seems not to have adopted today's typical vanity sizing, so the Flair S fits like an XS in most other clothing. So you may want to order one size up on this jacket.
Purchased for my wife who wears it as a sweater on cool days indoors or as a mid-layer beneath a shell on wet days outside. Super soft and warm and form-fitting. Well done Marmot. Full retail price is too high however -> wait for sale!
This jacket is great & super warm, very comfortable. I got the deep purple color & it goes with almost everything. A little bit shorter than I thought it would be, but still a good layering option. Still not sure how to wash it without losing the super softness of the fleece. Overall a good jacket that will be used/last for a long time.
I wear a size 2-4 and have small shoulders, but I'm tall. I ordered a small and should have went with a medium because the shoulders are a little tight and the arms a little short. I love wearing this running when it's cool and around town. Very versatile and a little warmer than my Northface Masonic hoodie.
