I bought this book; I know that the CD did not come with it. I realized that I really need the CD. I typed in the website on the back of the book, and click on computer lab. At the computer lab tab, I clicked on student data. There it was all of the lesson in the book. Worth the money I am teaching myself Microsoft 2007 for less than $10.00.

The book in itself seems pretty well written but I think some of the tests are not for beginner users. The problem i experienced the most actually came from the seller who did not include the CD that is supposed to be part of the book. But the publisher does have a website to download needed files. All-in-all a decent product.

I needed it for school, thinking "Oh yeah, I already know this stuff." But the book is great, I do know a lot of it, but it shows a lot of shortcuts and things you wouldn't think of doing (other than the basic program functions). Definitely recommend buying it, especially if you need to actually learn the stuff, it's very specific and goes step-by-step telling you exactly what to do.

This book is not in good condition. It also did not include the disk. This was a waste of $25.00. I now have to buy the same book from college because the one I got is not useable at college. So much for saving money. Very frustrated.

I ordered this product, I never received it and the seller never get back to me for explanation so i would like to rate this seller with ZERO

I was very pleased with the condition of the book. It was barely used and almost $75.00 cheaper than the one in the bookstore, if I had bought it new and $50.00 cheaper if I had bought it used. The disc was included and the book actually arrived sooner than expected.

The product was brand new as described. The only problem was that the CD was damaged in the shipping, but luckily my teacher has all the files on the CD. Great Seller.

The book was in great condition. The delivery was very fast, but the disc was broken.

I placed my order on a saturday and the product was there in less than a week brand new with no damage and nothing missing i would definetly order again.

The book was in very good shape, however there was an odd odor whn the book was opened.
