Marquis by Waterford is joining the stem-less wine glass revolution with this Wine to Go set added in 2005 to its Vintage collection. Nicely rounded to fit comfortably in the hand, the glasses are designed in a tall, narrow shape to best suit the aromas and flavors of white wines, such as Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Grigio. Each measures 5 inches tall and 3-1/4 inches in diameter. Clean, modern lines are the hallmark of the Vintage Entertaining Collection that includes stemware, decanters, and barware.

Made in Austria, the Wine to Go glasses feel light and delicate yet are safe for the dishwasher. However, washing by hand will help prevent dulling of the surface over time. Stem-less has become popular because it means less breakage to worry about and more compact storage, whether in a dishwasher, picnic basket, or cabinet. Two glasses can be stacked together when the lower one is turned on its rim and the top one kept rim up.
