This book has a wonderful explanation of covenant in scripture and of how significant the marriage covenant is to both parties involved. Mr. Prince obviously has had a wonderful relationship with his wife - it shows in his writing. As Prince says, one can always tell what kind of christian a man is by looking at the man's wife.

This book has helped more men with their marriages than any other one that I know of. It promotes healing of hurts and give the man an excellent indepth view of his wife. It reveals to him some of her inner thoughts and helps him to better understand her. I reccomend this book to everyone I meet.

One can be assured that anything written by or spoken by Derek Prince will be in perfect harmony with God's Word. His book, Marriage Covenant, is excellent. He details the covenant and explains how a marriage can work. Thank God, that within the context of the marriage covenant, Mr. Prince inextricably links the marriage covenant to a couple's relationship with God. Essentially, he teaches that unless the relationship with God is on course, the relationship in the marriage will not be as it should be. What a gifted teacher Mr. Prince was. Thank God, the work he did in ministry lives on!

A great little book on the biblical foundation of marriage and why God is so concerned about it. Not an institution to be entered into lightly, marriage is not only a picture of God's unfailing love, but it is a life-long commitment of the highest and most sacred degree.

I recommend this book for couples who are engaged, married, struggling or considering divorce. Also a must for pastors, lay leaders and biblical counselors. Great study for singles groups, couples and newlyweds.

By revelation of the Holy Spirit, Paul taught the early church that marriage is a Mystery. Derek Prince's insight in his book, "Marriage Covenant" is a clear picture for modern day believers to grasp the responsibility and power available to them as one flesh before the Lord. I was blessed to receive it.
