Marriage Prey by Annette Broadrick,
By
This review is from: Marriage Prey (20th Anniversary Title) (Desire, 1327) (Paperback)
Marriage Prey is a romance between the offspring of two couples from Annette Broadrick's earliest Desire books (Hunter's Prey & Bachelor Father). Silhouette later reissued those two early books along with a third early Desire title (Hawk's Flight) as 'Maximum Marriage: Men on a Mission'. Marriage Prey can be read as a stand-alone title, but I think you'll find it worthwhile to read about Robin & Steve's parents as well ... I recommend you read them in order - Hunter's Prey, Bachelor Father and then Marriage Prey.
Description from the book back cover: Wedding Invitation?! Mesmerized by her beauty and innocence, Steve Antonelli rescued stranded Robin McAlister and welcomed her to his island hideaway. The vivacious virgin was much too young for the world-weary homicide detective, but her yearning kisses stirred up fierce emotions in him. Still, there was no way he was going to be anyone's marriage prey. Until Robin's fiercely overprotective brothers hand-delivered Steve an invitation - to his own shotgun wedding! |
