From Booklist

After he's injured while rescuing a young boy from a car accident, U.S. Marine Justice Wilder, believing his military career may be over, retreats to an isolated island off the North Carolina coast. As a favor to Justice's mother, Kelly Hart agrees to see if she can convince Justice to let her use her skills as a physical therapist to help him even though there is the potential that things could get messy because Justice used to be married to Kelly's older sister, and Kelly had a teenage crush on him. Kelly is certain she can keep things professional, but getting a stubborn marine to accept her help is no easier than convincing herself that she's not still in love with him. In the fourth in her Men of Honor series, Linz skillfully builds the simmering attraction between her wounded hero and determined yet vulnerable heroine into a sweetly sexy, gently humorous romance. 5.0 out of 5 stars wonderful military romance!, September 17, 2002
By
This review is from: Married To A Marine (Silhouette Romance) (Mass Market Paperback)
Marine Justice Wilder saves a child from a car accident and becomes a media hero but in the rescue he is injured himself which may possibly hinder his status in the military. Angry and unaccepting, Justice holes up in an isolated island cabin to recover.

Kelly Hart is a physical therapist and dares to face the wounded Marine as a favor to a dear friend, hoping to help him recover from his injuries. However, they share a past, Kelly secretly loved Justice and realizes she still does. She is determined to help him regardless of his unwillingness to accept what he sees as unwanted interference. What an explosive clash!

This hero and heroine's story was very fascinating, as emotional as it is endearing. I could not put it down from start to finish. It is most definitely a highly recommended military romance!!

5.0 out of 5 stars MyShelf.com Book Reviewer, October 31, 2002

This review is from: Married To A Marine (Silhouette Romance) (Mass Market Paperback)
He is a warrior. She is a healer. They come from entirely opposite places. His mission is to search and destroy, hers, to touch and restore.

Justice Wilder had been injured while saving a small child's life. He fears his injury will be the end of his successful military career. He is hibernating on an isolated beach known as Pirates Cove, when an expected visitor, Kelly Hart, shows up with an offer to help him recover from his injury.

Kelly is a top-notch physical therapist, and probably will be his best chance in returning to the Marine Corps elite Force Recon, but Justice is wary, due to his past experience with Kelly's older sister, Barbie. The two had married right out of high school and divorced within two years. Will his heart be able to withstand another Hart woman in his life?

Twenty-eight year old Kelly Hard had reluctantly agreed to the pleas of Justice Wilder's mother to seek out her son and help him recover from his injury. She is confident of her skills as a physical therapist, but she has had a secret crush on Justice since age thirteen. Will she be able to put feeling aside and concentrate on getting him back in shape? Or will she discover that Justice only sees her as his former wife's plain little
sister?

All this year, I have been engrossed in the award-winning novels produced by Cathie Linz. Her military books are some of the finest romances I have read this year. Her military-themed romances only get better with each successive one. Married to a Marine has just the right emotional depth that is so often lacking in today's romance novels!

2.0 out of 5 stars Both have some growing up to do, March 27, 2005
This review is from: Married To A Marine (Silhouette Romance) (Mass Market Paperback)
It's pretty simple: Justice and Kelly are a typical Linz pair, and if you've liked her couples in general, you'll probably like them too.
I didn't, partly because I found them both tremendously self-absorbed. Justice never once thinks of the family whose child he saved, or even of the child himself; he is too hung up in his own guilty dilemma. Kelly takes ages to even consider putting herself in her father's or sister's place, or even Justice's after he hurts her.
Get over yourselves, folks.
