TO ALL LOOKING FOR THE REAL MARRIED TO THE MOB,
By A Customer
This review is from: Married to the Mob (Audio CD)
Okay, theere are obviosly TWO MARRIED TO THE MOB Soundtracks! A RAP one...and one that is actually GOOD. THE GOOD one has "GoodBye Horses" on it, which for all you who want to know is by a german band called "Psyche" its a cover of another bands song. The song is in "Silence of the Lambs" (but not on the soundtrack), and also on Psyches album "You Ran Away" (Good luck finding it, its out of print as well) Your best bet is to find an old tape in a used music store someplace as i did.

To a music fan from Boston,
This review is from: Married to the Mob (Audio CD)
It looks to me that you obviously did not read my review! Sonya C's "Married To The Mob" IS NOT A SOUNDTRACK IN ANY WAY! Just because it's called Married To The Mob DOES NOT MEAN that it is the Married To The Mob soundtrack! I wish you people would read more closely next time! There is only 1 Married To The Mob soundtrack and it's out of print! This is Sonya C's solo album Married To The Mob and it's still in print! NOW do you understand the difference? From now on, I hope people who review this cd review Sonya C's cd like they're supposed to and NOT the Married To The Mob soundtrack!

OK for a Debut, But Could've Been Better,
By A Customer
This review is from: Married to the Mob (Audio CD)
I thought Sonya C's "Married To The Mob" was OK for a debut, but at the same time I felt it needed more songs than interludes (which was a disapointment). Some of her best tracks are: #10, #6, #4, & #2(wonder why it was a Radio Cut?). Understand this was the first serious No Limit release on "In A Minute", and Sonya was the first female rapper ever on No Limit.Other than that, if you are a Hardcore No Limit Collecter & happen to order or Luckly see it anywhere in stores Get it This Is A Must!!!, but if not I would'nt recommend it if you started bumpin' their Later LP's from when "Beats By The Pound" produced for them which was the some of the Tightest, Realist & Undeniably the illest music I ever heard (wish it was like that for No Limit today which is TRU-ly missed.... I myself don't really feel "TheNewNoLimit Records"), but OWN Every Release from "92-thru late "99.

Another No Limit Artifact,
By Trey Turner (Seattle, WA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Married to the Mob (Audio CD)
This album was when MAster P and his first original tank members started to get serious about their music. This album "Married to The Mobb", is actually Master P's wife SOnya C. There are too many un-needed interludes and Sonya really doens't have variety in what she raps about. C is really below average. With 11 tracks and 6 songs you might aas well borrow this from a friend. I suggest someone if they are lucky another to come across this to pick it up if they are a NL fan but other than that anyone outside this music genre of bloody average No Limit rap should look away from this.

I bought this thinking that the song previously mentioned was on it. But it wasn't. I think the rest of the material is ok.

Sonya C? Gimme a break. The mob has spoken, and they want the movie soundtrack, not some weak gansta pretenda rappa. the people want the judys, psyche and new order. give the people what they want.
