We bought this as a gift for our 7 year old son's birthday. What I really like about this set was the instruction video that is included. He learned how to do the tricks without much assistance(no "Mom can you help me" or "Mom I don't understand how to do this"). He has had lots of fun with this set and has played with it many times since his birthday. The tricks are simple, but so cool to him. I would definitely recommend this set for children. This isn't one of those toys that will be played with once and then forgotten.

I bought this for my nephew who is 6 years old. He LOVED it! It was very easy for him to learn the tricks with the video that was included. It is a kid-friendly product. He looks for any opportunity to put on a magic show, now! I would definetly recommend it to anyone. Great price, too!

The quality of the kit is great. It has many easy to perform tricks and some more advanced ones. The DVD is perfect for instruction but covers only a few tricks, the rest are in the book.
