If you suffer from IC or any type of bladder pain, this tea is very soothing. It provides a protective coat for your bladder which in turn reduces the pain. It has a mild flavor that in my opinion is easy to drink, and I am pretty picky about drinking or taking things that are not so good! I also take marshmallow root caplets, great for painful bladder sufferers.

I use this along with a tincture and herbal pills to help my bladder illness, Interstitial Cystitis. I prefer the tincture (non-alcohol) most though!

I caught a terrible UTI while traveling in Europe. After two rounds of antibiotics the infection cleared up but I still did not feel like my old self. I started drinking this tea and it made a huge difference! Keep it in the house if you are prone to these infections. It really helps.

I'm on a gluten-free diet and happened to read that this tea helps calm stomach discomfort from eating food that wasn't gluten-free. Several days after receiving the tea I ate something that upset my stomach, so I made a cup and my discomfort went away and didn't come back. The taste of the tea is mild and not offensive.

This tea is commonly used for those of us who have IC. It's a very calming tea and I am sure that anyone with gastro problems will benefit from the healing factors.

This tea was recommended to me, along with slippery elm, when I had all kinds of problems with my bowels after a bout of giardia (which I picked up on another continent). My bowels were screwed up for about a month and a half after the antibiotic did a number on both the giardia and my gut. I lost 12 pounds during that entire episode. I credit this tea, the slippery elm, and a probiotic with getting me back on track and back up to a healthy weight.

This tea does have a mellow taste and goes down easily. I will use it again if the need arises, and I plan to keep some of it on hand.

I brew this for a sleepy time tea and like the flavor. Kinda vegetal and interesting. Adding tart cherry juice makes it even more so.
