This book has really interesting ideas and it is useful. I like that the book does not baby the reader (parents) and has lots of suggestions for how to engage kids at math.

We enjoy reading the material, knowledge accumulates rapidly and we find ourselves immediately engaged in easy-to-do games, practicing a language we feel, as the book claims, our 18 month old boy will learn before he learns the alphabet. The information repeats itself, with the authors implied intent of doing just that to a degree.Because it is so thoroughly sorted out for you, it deserves all five stars, in our humble opinion. |
