I read this book years ago and I still remember the title! This may give you an idea of how much of an impression this wonderfully suspenseful story made on me. I found it hard to put down and as a young child it taught me quite a bit about how frightening and awful it must have been during these times. Wonderfully historic...should be used in History classes!
