5.0 out of 5 stars Great for baking items you COVER this with! December 15, 2011
By MISSY
I see that people are not too happy with their use of Martha Wrap for baking cookies, etc when they lay the wrap onto pans.
That is NOT what this was designed to be used for. On Martha's show she has explained and demonstrated that this is for items that you would normally cover and bake with plain aluminum foil such as lasagna, casseroles, etc. You use the paper side to top the food and the aluminum side facing up while you wrap it around your casserole/lasagna pan edges. It will then eliminate aluminum touching your food and the cooked food sticking to the paper side. Many people do not want aluminum coming in contact with the food they eat due to health concerns so this eliminates that worry. And the parchment paper side discourages food sticking to it. For cookie baking Martha recommends Silpat liners for your cookie sheets which she also sells of course.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great stuff! August 31, 2011

I love Martha Wrap! It's better than parchment paper because you can mold it to line pans and stay in place on a cookie sheet. It's also good for wrapping things. I used it for lining a brownie pan and the brownies came out looking like something from a bakery.

5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant! September 8, 2012
By C C
I have been avoiding aluminum foil for years now. Ever since I found out that it is linked to increase rates of Alzheimer's Disease. Silpat was perfect for all my baking needs, but my lasagnas and other casseroles did not do too well without covering them (the cheese would burn). This is the perfect solution! I don't know why I didn't think of it myself! Thanks Martha!
