A must read for anyone with kids interested in sports and especially those children who need self confidence and inner strength. In today's world where bullying and peer pressure are frustrating and dangerous for both students and parents, this book has answers for coping and building better relationships non-violently. I highly recommend this informative book that answers many questions including the safety of the sport, how to pick an instructor and how martial arts help develop inner peace and maturity.

This book has answered all my questions. It tells the ins and outs of the martial arts in clear, easy to understand language. I can now ask the right questions and know what to look for in an instructor or school ( DOJO ). I recommend reading this book to anyone interested in studying the martial arts!
