I am well pleased with the quality and the speedy delivery. The only problem that I had was that a couple of zip ties broke while I was trying to mount the belts. I had not ordered enough slats and asked that a few extra zip ties be sent on the next order of slats which was cheerfully supplied. I am a person who really appreciates when I get good service from a vendor, and in this case I got exceptional service.

I bought this product about 2 years back for my son. Now my daughter has lot of Tae Kwon Do belts. I am going to order one for her.
