5.0 out of 5 stars Squeeze me, please me, it's from Outer Space!!!
The Martian Popping thing is a fun little toy that has been around for at least fifty years now. Tried and true, it has never failed to amuse either myself or my friends. Feeling blue? Give it a squeeze and watch it "bug out." The only downside I have noticed is that they tend to have a shelf life of three years or so before they seem to begin to collapse in on...

2.0 out of 5 stars This is not a "Martian Popping Thing!"
I grew up with this toy and like to share it with children of all ages. They are sometimes hard to find. I ordered two of them from this company and they are not only NOT called "Martian Popping Thing" anymore, but they are made so cheaply that they are harder to squeeze and the nose doesn't pop like it's supposed to. The Martian Popping thing is a fun little toy that has been around for at least fifty years now. Tried and true, it has never failed to amuse either myself or my friends. Feeling blue? Give it a squeeze and watch it "bug out." The only downside I have noticed is that they tend to have a shelf life of three years or so before they seem to begin to collapse in on themselves, but for under eight bucks can you really put a price tag on mindless rubber amusement? I don't think so, and I don't think you will either.

My son depends on this toy when he is feeling down. It's a great "pick me up".
