I have a small chiropractic office. I mail b/w 300 and 500 letters per week. This thing saves us a lot of folding time. Helps to have a box close for the folded letters. Does well with stapled pages as well. much faster than hand folding for my staff, crisp folds, pretty even...I'm very happy with it.

3 pages no problem, 4 is a little bit of a struggle but it gets the job done. Once you get the hang of getting the pages lines up, it does the job well

The reviews were mixed on this product, and I was a little hesitant to order it. Our business didn't require a heavy duty folding machine, but I didn't want to have to sit there and put my origami skills to work trying to tri-fold brochures that ended up looking like a toddler had his way with it, which kind of reflects the normal end product of my folding efforts.

When it arrived, I played with it. Sometimes it worked beautifully. Other times it left creases on the bottom and sides. I figured if it folded the majority well, it could still work.

We just received our first brochure order, and I had to put the new product into action. Well, at first it spoiled 4 of the first 5. I began to panic as I placed them in, figuring I had to place them in with surgeon like precision. I became discouraged.

THEN, I figured out the problem. I just have to line it up in the back slot, making sure neither side of the paper is touching the sides of the printer. Then I have to drop it in and let go. There's no need to guide it in there. There is a slight pause as it lines it up, then it folds it perfectly...every time! I'm very excited now, and can't wait to finish the project.
