I purchased this collator recently for use in a small print shop. It works very well, even though it has to be operated by hand. It definitely saves time on the tedious work of collating sheets by hand.

I would have given it 5 stars, but after using it the 2nd time, one of the pads fell off, and I am trying to find a replacement pad without any luck. The one page manual that came with the product stated that replacement pads are sold (because each of the 6 pads eventually wear out with use). So far, I have not found a seller of this replacement pad. If anyone knows of a seller, please post the info.

So, while I wait to locate a seller of the replacement pad, I can only collate 5 sheets instead of the 6, because without a pad, it does NOT pick up paper at all. Overall, I think the product is very useful, well worth the price, but the adhesive used to attach the pads to the arms in the collator could have a better holding strength.
