Nightcrawler has been my son's favorite X-Men character since he knew who they were. But, there never has been a really good action figure of him until now. Although he has been waiting over 2 years, Marvel Legends' Galactus Series (or Series 9) finally has him! He looks fantastic! He is styled in his classic costume and the paint job is super. He is very nicely articulated and all the joints were tight and well concealed. His potential for poses is huge. Although some people complain that you can't put him in a good crouching position, it doesn't bother my son in the least. He has found other cool poses for him with his bendy tail and articulated fingers and toes. Even his hind toe is articulated. He comes with a poster book that has a lot of nice posters of Nightcrawler. too. As I mentioned, he is part of the Galactus Series. Which means instead of getting a wall mountable display base, you get a piece of Galactus' huge 16 inch body. When you get all 7 figures in this series, the pieces can be joined together to make the 8th figure in the series--Galactus, Devourer of Worlds and arch nemesis of the Fantastic Four. A shrewd marketing technique by ToyBiz. Everyone will surely buy all the figures in order to get Galactus. He truly does look amazing when he is assembled. Still, I was hoping for a cool display base that resembled one of Nightcrawler's famous teleporting clouds (BAMF!), but you can't have everything, I guess. In the end, this is an excellent action figure and a "must" for all Marvel Legends and X-Men fans. He is pretty well stocked, so finding him shouldn't be that hard. I highly recommend him and would definitely purchase another!

Ya it`s awesome!!They made a perfect nightcrawler figure.I almost didn`t buy it cause I already have the movie figure...but i`m glad i did!!Clearly one of the best legends I own,and who cares if he doesn`t come with a stand?My friend collected all of the Galactus series figures,and the galactus is incredible!So buy this figure if you`re an X-MEN fan,infact buy it if you`re not an X-Men fan,just buy it!

I Believe Nightcrawler was My First Purchase in the Galactus Series. I May have Gotten Him and War Machine On the Same Day. I Think Nightcrawler is My Favorite from that Run. With Jointed Fingers & Toes, as Well as a Bendable Tail, this Figure is More Posable than Spider-Man! I've Used His Tail to Hang Him from Hooks, Curtain Rods, Ceiling Fans and Coat Racks. One Time I Even Accented Him with Some Pink Fluff I Found in an Old Pillow to Make it Look Like His Teleportation Cloud. This is a Great Figure and Instead of a Comic, it Comes with a Nightcrawler Poster Book. Over a Dozen Differently Sized Posters Featuring Practically Every Costume Nightcrawler has Worn. You Also Get that Ever Important Galactus Piece, Worth More than it's Weight in Gold. Even if You aren't Collecting for Galactus, this is a Must Have Figure for Any Collector.
