ToyBiz hits the mark with this set!! It includes Spiderman, a new Rhino, a new Lizard, a new Vulture, and a reworked Carnage. If anyone buys this set at all, it will be because of the Vulture, the Lizard, the Rhino, or all three of them. And, they are worth it! They are exclusive to this set and cannot be bought separately. All three are styled in their classic look from the Spiderman comic book. The Rhino has already appeared twice in the past through the miracle of the Spiderman Classics series. Both figures were good, but this one is the best rendition yet. He's bigger than the past figures and has almost the perfect articulation. Bigger figures like this are hard to articulate because they can look pretty silly if there is too much articulation. But, this one is very good. The Vulture is the true gem of this set because he has never been given the ol' Marvel Legends treatment. His sculpt, articulation, and wings are very well done. The Lizard is also worthy of praise. Although his right forearm keeps falling off when my son plays with him and his bendy tail seems too short, I would choose him over the Ultimate Tail Attack Lizard from the Spiderman Classics series any day. His articulation is pretty average, but his claws and movable jaw help him look very menacing. Carnage is still the same old Carnage from the Spiderman Classics series with a slightly different paint job and head sculpt. But, since my sons LOVED that figure anyway, they didn't mind having another one. Last, but not least, is Spiderman. He looks fabulous!! His body sculpt is great! Well proportioned so that he looks neither too muscular nor too skinny, but just right. His articulation is excellent, too. (In fact, this is my second favorite Spiderman figure next to the Spiderman that is available in the Marvel Legends Urban Legends Gift Set.) Each of his fingers (except the thumb) are poseable. This Spidey comes with the little "underarm webbing" look. I don't know of a better way to do this, but ToyBiz did as good a job as it can get. Elastic strings secure the webbing around the neck, wrists, and thigh of the figure. You can either like it or take it off. We took ours off and he still looks and works fine. Someday we may put it back on...who knows. Overall, these figures are nicely articulated, the joints are tight and well concealed, and the paint jobs are very good. The set is fairly well stocked and I would buy another one if I had to. Perfect for your Spiderman/Marvel Legends fan. It's worth what you pay for it.

This was a Christmas gift for our 7 year old son. He has been crazy for spiderman since he was a toddler, so this was a great gift. My husband loved it so much, that I am surprised our son was allowed to open it! I might have to buy another one for my husband! The detail on the figures is exceptional. On some of them individual fingers are posable and figure detail is great. The only quip I have is that these are more of a collectible than a bang around action figure, my son has already torn the webbing off of spiderman (and he is not rough with his toys, never has been). You might have to buy two, one to play with and one to put away!

Finally a great lizard and vulture action figure.they are all great but carnage has a preety bad paint job. but still hes very fun. i think this would be a great christmas,chonaka,birth day present, or just a regular buy gift pack.oh and this includes a custom made poster comic.

The level detail on these figures is amazing. Very high quality. All the Spider-man completist should get this set, Carnage and Lizard are even better than their original versions fromprevious waves. Plus this is the only way to get Rhino and Vulture. Not recommended for very small kids though.

It's great to see Vulture in figure form and the Lizard and Rhino are vastly improved from their earlier, less poseable counterparts. The only downside is the Carnage. This figure was already released separately. Sure, it's a new paint job, but a classic spidey villain like Shocker or Chameleon or Kingpin would have been better. Alas, maybe they'll be in the next collection. Will they ever make a Prowler figure? That'd be cool, right?
